1. Returns
We Accept Returns On Items That Are Unworn, Unwashed, And In Their Original Condition, With Tags Still Attached, Within 14 Days Of The Delivery Date. To Initiate A Return, Please Follow These Steps:

Once Your Return Is Approved, You Will Receive Instructions On How To Return The Item(s).
Please Note: We Are Unable To Accept Returns On Sale Or Discounted Items, Or On Items That Have Been Worn Or Damaged.
2. Exchanges
We Currently Do Not Offer Direct Exchanges. If You Would Like A Different Size Or Colour, Please Return The Original Item And Place A New Order For The Desired Item.
3. Refunds
Once We Receive Your Returned Item(s), We Will Inspect Them To Ensure They Meet Our Return Criteria. If Your Return Is Approved, We Will Process A Refund To The Original Payment Method. Refunds Will Be Issued Within 5–7 Business Days Of Receiving The Returned Item(s).

If You Paid Via Credit/Debit Card, The Refund Will Be Applied To The Same Card.

If You Paid Via PayPal, The Refund Will Be Processed Back To Your PayPal Account.
Please Note: Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable. Customers Are Responsible For The Cost Of Return Shipping Unless The Return Is Due To A Faulty Or Incorrect Item.
4. Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If You Receive A Faulty Or Incorrect Item, Please Contact Us Immediately At hello@frikam.com With Your Order Number And Photos Of The Item(s) In Question. We Will Provide A Prepaid Return Label For You To Send The Item Back, And We Will Issue A Full Refund Or Send You A Replacement Item, Depending On Your Preference.
